About
Two jobs at once, for about six years.
I make things, and I build the systems that let more things get made. That has been true since roughly 2019, though it took a while to notice it was a pattern rather than a habit.

I started at MedTrix Group in 2019 as an assistant editor on medical and scientific trade media — JournalOnkologie and JournalMed. Press releases, congress reporting, translating specialist texts from English into German, writing abstracts and articles. Detail work with no room to be approximately right, which turned out to be a useful place to begin.
From 2020 I worked freelance in video: production management and editing on a twelve-part medical education series for Dr. Tobias Pottek at Vivantes Klinikum Berlin, an infomercial for Ferdinand Schmack jun., social advertising for the startup Onnes. Directing, shooting, editing, animation, sound.
Then four years at Falkenberg Akademie as project manager, running production on 20+ e-learning courses from conception to publication — over 300 hours of material, 1,800+ participants in 2024 — plus 30+ ads, image films and YouTube videos, and the migration of formats and user data to a new LMS. That is where I started building automated workflows, because doing it by hand had stopped scaling.
In 2026 I joined NaschNatur as Content Creator and quietly did two jobs. One was content: concepting, filming, editing and analysing across four channels, plus creative strategy for Meta campaigns. The other was infrastructure — a Notion operating system covering tasks, projects, OKRs and workflows for all twelve people, Slack and Google Workspace introduced from scratch, cross-system automations, four Claude-based agents running newsletter, support, ideation and invoice processing, and an AI-assisted content pipeline. I also designed and built a commercially planned native iOS app in Swift, end to end.
Since 2018 I have volunteered at the Internationale Kurzfilmwoche Regensburg — social media, festival photography, curating the German competition, coordinating the festival's media presence.
B.A. Medien Management, IU Internationale Hochschule. German native, business-fluent English, some Spanish. Based in Regensburg. Outside work: photography, cinema, cooking, biology, climbing, hiking, skiing.
